Welcome to my all new website. 

My passion is Digital Photgraphy and Inkjet Printing - all the images are purely digital taken with Canon and Leica Digital cameras then processed with Photoshop ACR or Lightroom - I prefer Epson Inkjet printers using an output RIP called Image Print

I retired from business in the UK seven years ago and came to live here in Cape Town South Africa shortly after. I am often asked why I live here especially by South African people as many are puzzled why a European would choose to live here with it's mirad of problems - my answer is simple:

I feel there is a unique sense of personal freedom in South Africa where one can really experess ones individuality and live authentically. Despite the problems - which are present everwhere - there is a truly staggering mix of diverse people and cultures who live and share this beautiful place in relative harmony. The life in the towns and the scenery of mountains and seashores in the Cape peninsular could occupy the most avid photographer, hiker and nature lover for at least a lifetime without the need for even a step into the hinterland, for these reasons also I choose to live and photograph here.

My website is a celebration of images and experiences of the last 6 years and hopefully for many years to come so whatever your reason is for looking at this site take the time to peruse and please feel free to contact me and comment on any aspect of the photographs and/or the content.
